Greenwood Bell is a long-established company whose principal boasts more than 40 years experience in development and construction and who established the business in 1998. Our motto is “What would we do if it were our money?” which means every decision we make, every piece of advice we give and every step we take in a case will be dictated by this question. This means we are always making the very best of every single job we take on and we always have very satisfied customers; in fact, we have maintained our existing clients for years. The essence of good business is that when it’s all over all parties would be happy to work together again.

We provide private property owners and commercial developers with a full range of services from inception to completion of any project. Greenwood Bell have considerable experience in Party Wall matters and as a consequence are often called on to advise before the process is instigated this can save project cost and time. We have dedicated specialists in each area of the work we cover who are highly trained and who all stand for our unique ethos.

This method of charging we find makes the cost of services like ours unaffordable so we refuse to charge per minute we work.

Our clients are often high wealth individuals, development and construction companies include the likes of Grant Thornton, Ballymore, Cedarmill, Derby Ground Works, Saxon Weald Housing Association, Standen Land and Development.

We have worked on a vast range of projects varying from party wall negotiations through to specialist design for the provision of care and extra care for the elderly.

We generally operate within  Hertfordshire and London but do undertake projects wider afield if our expertise and design innovation is required and if we can deliver a cost effective service.
